The whole team was exceptional reliable, professional and experienced. Great team very helpful friendly great customer service from the main office management 👌 including Jose Samaniega and his Team and Idan.The best. During critical time and emotional hardships I went through the f ire and water damages in my apartment and building was the best thing happening to me like Angels coming to your rescue. I don't wish a fire or damage in your place of residence to anybody but I will recommend 911 Restoration of Queens and Long Island.

I used 911 Restoration 1 year ago and used them again this year during the height of COVID-19 pandemic. They wore shoe covers and masks. Respected social distancing requests and were excellent with demolition clean up, repair and remodeling. Looks like new. Idan and Jose from 911 restoration are an Excellent team. Michelle was excellent with making sure the insurance co was informed of the progress. Thanks Again -5 star ⭐️ organization!

I had a water damage last month, it was a horrible experience. I called 911 Restoration and they were at my house in 30 minutes! Jose was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He explained to me the process with the insurance company and took care of all the documents the insurance company requested. Everything was completed and left spotless. I can’t thank the project manager and his office staff enough. Thank you!
